Overview: The big buzz around the term “Forex” over the past few years is a testament to the increasing popularity of a class of investments once reserved only for institutions and the super wealthy.

CD's and Money Market accounts offer small returns and barely keep up with inflation. The stock market is too volatile and subject to rumor and whim. Real estate offers poor cash-flow and/or may be overvalued in most parts of the world.

For those not familiar with this investment vehicle, here's a little background... the FOREX (Foreign Exchange) is the largest financial market in the world with a volume of over $2+ TRILLION traded per day. And what's traded? Not stocks, not bonds, nothing like that. MONEY is traded. When you trade the FOREX, you buy one currency while selling another. You might, for instance, trade this pair: USD/JPY, which would be buying the U.S. dollar while selling the Japanese yen.

There's no central trading location for the FOREX, which operates electronically through an interbank network. It has been available to individuals as a financial tool only since 1998. Before then, traders consisted of banks and other major financial institutions such as hedge funds. To trade as an individual required $10M.

Liquidity is extremely high and most trades are executed almost as fast as you can enter the request. At the Captains Fund, we trade four of the most highly traded currency pairs: EUR/USD, GPD/USD, USD/CHF and USD/JPY. EUR is the EURO, GPD is the Great British Pound, CHF is the Swiss Franc and JPY is the Japanese Yen.

What are Managed Forex accounts?
Managed Forex Accounts take full advantage of hands-off automation and the skill of an experienced forex trader, where a licensed trading firm can trade your account for you on auto-pilot and in return, they take a percentage of the monthly profits they earn you.

Unlike mutual funds or hedge funds which commingle your funds with other investors, your managed Forex Account is in your name and all or part of your funds can be redeemed within two days via bank wire.

The trader uses a signed Limited Power of Attorney agreement (LPOA) to trade the account only.

You also have read-only access to your account, which will enable you to track account equity and balance in real-time and create account statements online 24-hours a day.

Your funds always stay in your account and under your control. You can also withdraw your funds anytime (as long as they're not in trade) so there's a high degree of liquidity here that's not found anywhere else.

You can login to your trading accounts daily or monthly and see the results of the trades being placed and well as the entry and exit points so you know exactly where the money is coming from.

How does it work? - When you create a live trading account with a Forex broker, your account is automatically tied to the trader's account. When the trader places a trade in their account, the same trade is placed in your account. After the closing of a month, your trading profit is calculated and an "incentive/performance" fee is deducted on the gains.

How much does it cost? - Most managed forex programs charge an Incentive Fee of between 25% - 45% of the profit they make in your account! If a losing month occurs, there will be no incentive fees removed from your account until those losses are recouped. However, the ICT/IKON account listed below is different and the fees they charge are very low compared to the “norm” in the industry. Their called pips and they charge 1 pip in and 1 pip out (techie talk). I can explain this if you wish, but just realize that it’s minimal and this is how they make money.

Who controls the account? - You're in complete control of the trading account. The managed account is set up in your name and the trader can't withdraw its funds (except the Incentive Fee you agreed to). The "Limited Power of Attorney" (LPOA) gives the trader the permission to trade the funds in your account, but nothing else. You can remove the LPOA or close out the account whenever you want to.

Is it guaranteed? - Traders that run managed accounts usually guarantee success by not charging you any Incentive Fees if they don't earn profits for you. It's in their best interest to make you lots of money. However, this is the foreign exchange market and anything can happen. Their past history and results doesn't necessarily guarantee future results.

What's the minimum account size? - Most managed forex programs require at least $25,000 to start, but I've found IKON! The minimum is only $5,000 for a limited time.

How do I get started? - Simply review the managed forex program below and follow the steps to get started.

This is as good as it gets as far as I’m concerned for the average person to reap the rewards in Forex Trading. These are my personal “heavy-hitters” and an elite group of seasoned and cherry picked group of world class traders.

This enables you to track account equity and balance and see the results of the trades being placed and well as the entry and exit points.

This is more of a TBA about something that I’m working on for my own personal place of retirement and also a great investment.

I was planning on going to meet with them in May, but I have just recently injured my back and may require surgery. I’d rather wait until I’m 100% before I make this trip and do any traveling at all.

Actually, the trip is something that I’m looking forward to and I also want to stay a few extra days for fun ( I love the waves there being a surfer … and this location is very near a great surf spot).

I love Costa Rica and have been there many times and it’s a very safe place (especially in this private community) and has become the #1 retirement place outside the country for US citizens. It’s so beautiful and the pace of life is as tranquil as the scenery, yet all the comforts, technology, business, medical treatment, etc… are all there.

So at the same time I’m picking out my own land and being pampered a bit, I want to take a mini vacation, probably just a week. I have some very good friends that live there and I want to visit them as well.

I’ll keep you posted … It’s most likely the place I plan on retiring because it’s just stunning, the location is absolutely perfect, and the value of the land is increasing annually by leaps and bounds.

There’s a lot of “legal” structuring to work out as well and I’m also going to work out a special incentive for my members that want to go down and “take the tour”.

Well, I’ve given this section to you for a few reasons. Members are constantly asking me, “is there anything else”?

There are so many programs online that are just outright blatant scams and then there are the programs that pay extremely high yields that do have a track record and a good reputation.

Honestly, I’m reluctant to list any of these programs and attach my name and reputation to it. This is 100% RISK CAPITAL … that means if you can’t afford to lose it, don’t do it!

I don’t endorse any of them unless the following criteria have been met:

A.) I’ve tested it and personally have my own money in the program.
B.) It’s at least been paying out consistently with no problems for a minimum of 6 months.

OK, as far as HYIP Online Programs are concerned, these Paid to Surf Programs are hands down the best one there is online and has met all my criteria and due diligence.

The big reason that I have this section at all to my subscribers is to protect you to the best of my ability from many of the scams.

If you wander off into this arena with your “head in the sand”, so to speak, you can lose your money very quickly!
